GR845 Elite Basketball Camp – Terms of Payment

1. Camp Fee
The total cost of participation is $275 per athlete.
2. Payment Options
Participants may choose between:
• Full Payment at registration
• Installment Payment Plan (if available at the time of registration)
3. Payment Plans
By selecting a payment plan, you authorize GR845 Elite Basketball Camp to automatically charge your payment method for all scheduled installments.
All balances must be paid in full before July 1st, 2026.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
• Deposits
• Installments
• Full payments
By registering, you are securing a limited spot in the camp.
5. Missed or Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
• Stripe will attempt to retry the payment
• You may be required to update your payment method
Failure to complete payments may result in:
• Cancellation of your registration
• Loss of your reserved spot
• No refund of payments already made
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Any chargebacks or disputes will be formally contested with evidence of:
• Agreement to these terms
• Confirmation of registration
Participants with unresolved disputes may be denied participation.
7. Limited Availability
Spots are limited and not guaranteed until payment is successfully completed.
GR845 Elite Basketball Camp reserves the right to close registration or remove payment plans at any time.
By registering and submitting your waiver, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Payment.
